Returns

We offer exchanges and refunds on all our shoes, please post back the shoes with the invoice ticking the appropriate box and filling out the necessary information for an exchange or refund.

Please Note: Shoes must be in perfect condition and only tried on in doors in order for an exchange or refund to be given. An exchange or refund must be requested within 28 days of receiving the shoes for you to be eligible.

Exchanges for different shoe sizes will take approximately 3-5 working days to post back out to your recorded address.

If the requested size is unavailable and will no longer be available in the near future, a refund will be issued.

Please allow approximately 5 working days from the time we receive the shoes, for a refund to reach your account.
